Mark Rugeroni-Welch, CEO & Founder
Having inherited the Food gene passed down from a long line of a family that originated in Italy, moved to Gibraltar, Lisbon and finally ending in up in Argentina. Mark has taken some centuries old family recipes and created a range of foods that just amaze your pallet.
His passion is food and Mark likes nothing better than cooking on the Parrillia with a range of meats all marinated in his special sauces. A parrilla is an Argentinian grill that only uses real wood and cooks meats with the embers to give a very full flavour and also allows the meat to cook all over without cremating the outside whilst leaving the inside raw.

Ela May, Sales Manager
A great foodie and a fantastic cook. Ela joins the team as she fell in love with the great taste of Rugeronis and now is a firm believer on just how amazing the range is.
Ela has completed a Bachelor's degree in hospitality management at the University of Portsmouth and uses her unique skills of customer engagement to the full.
As an experienced professional cook she brings a new dimension and additional ideas to the Rugeroni range.
