Having inherited the Food gene passed down from a long line of a family that originated in Italy, moved to Gibraltar, Lisbon and finally ending in up in Argentina. Mark has taken some centuries old family recipes and created a range of foods that just amaze your pallet. His passion is food and Mark likes nothing better than cooking on the Parrillia with a range of meats all marinated in his special sauces. A parrilla is an Argentinian grill that only uses real wood and cooks meats with the embers to give a very full flavour and also allows the meat to cook all over.
