![]() It was about 7 years ago that I last visited Brazil and Argentina - and wow a month of utter indulgance - Asados everyday! An Asado is a BBQ or a Parrilla where people gather to eat (mainly beef). When eating I started to think about my childhood and all the flavours of food from Argentina, Spain and Italy - so I wondered how could I translate all these flavours into today's everyday cooking. So when I came back I started to make some relishes that could be cooked with and also used as an accompaniment. So I started inviting friends around for BBQ's to try out my recipes and to my surprise the very first time I tried my Original Chilli & Garlic relish out - well it just vanished with everyone raving about it - so much so that everyone asked if I could make some for them. Now its available for everyone and not just used for BBQ's!
